During his career, he advanced through the ranks to a Lieutenant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>&#8220;I realized that there was a need to help ex-offenders when released from prison with housing, food, clothing, substance abuse treatment, and mental health assistance.&#8221;<\/p><cite>Lieutenant Manuel Fields<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>For over 20 years, Lieutenant has founded treatment facility (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/davidivoryministries.org\/\" title=\"Lieutenant\u2019s House Residential Treatment Facility\">Lieutenant\u2019s House Residential Treatment Facility<\/a><\/strong>), reentry program (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/davidivoryministries.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"Lieutenant\u2019s House ReEntry Program\">Lieutenant\u2019s House ReEntry Program<\/a><\/strong>), and a television program (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/reentrytv.com\/site\/welcome\" title=\"Welcome To ReEntry TV\">ReEntryTV<\/a><\/strong>) where all have been resources to those returning to society as well as their families and communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ReEntryTV is a media outlet committed to delivering informed, media-savvy public relations based on superior industry knowledge, with an understanding of the issues that affect both ex-offenders and the community-at-large. Since November 22, 2010, the birth date of ReEntryTV, there have been numerous telephone calls, emails, and letters from ex-offenders or their families for the information of the support services that have been highlighted on\u00a0ReEntryTV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lt.
