Lieutenant Manuel Fields has worked for the Texas Department of Corrections for over 16 years. During his career, he advanced through the ranks to a Lieutenant.

For over 20 years, Lieutenant has founded treatment facility (Lieutenant’s House Residential Treatment Facility), reentry program (Lieutenant’s House ReEntry Program), and a television program (ReEntryTV) where all have been resources to those returning to society as well as their families and communities.
ReEntryTV is a media outlet committed to delivering informed, media-savvy public relations based on superior industry knowledge, with an understanding of the issues that affect both ex-offenders and the community-at-large. Since November 22, 2010, the birth date of ReEntryTV, there have been numerous telephone calls, emails, and letters from ex-offenders or their families for the information of the support services that have been highlighted on ReEntryTV.
Lt. Field continues to serve his community through the works of his facility and programs.
